The AchieveIt User Profile settings can be accessed via the My Profile option in the upper right hand corner drop down.
Here you can adjust:
- Your Time Zone
- Your AchieveIt Home Page
- Change your Password
- Adjust Personal Notifications
To adjust your Time Zone simply click the drop down and select your Time Zone of choice.
To adjust your Home Page click the drop down and select from the AchieveIt Dashboard options or your Custom Dashboards.
To change your password click Change Password, enter in your current Password and the New Password you would like to use then click Change Password.
To Adjust your Personal Notifications simply toggle on the options you'd like as shown below

Notification Options include getting alerts for:

New Assignments
- These are new items you have been made either the Assigned to User or been added as a Member of

Update Requests
- When you have been asked to provide an update on an item you are assigned

Progress Updates
- When a Progress Update has been made to an item you are an Assigned to User of or a Member of

Metric Updates
- When a Metric Update has been made to an item you are an Assigned to User of or a Member of

Comments
- When a new Comment has been added to an item you are an Assigned to User of or a Member of

Files
- When a new File has been added to an item you are an Assigned to User of or a Member of
How you can be alerted:

In App
- Specific to visiting AchieveIt through a web browser or our Apple Store Mobile App
- You will receive a red notification alert instantly in AchieveIt and will see it when logged in

Email
- Instant Email – with this option you will receive an email immediately after the notification has been triggered
- NOTE: This could mean getting lots of emails in a row if multiple changes are being made
- Daily Digest – with this option you will receive 1 email at your selected send time that highlights the notifications that were triggered within the past 24 hours
- NOTE: If no notifications were triggered then you will not receive an email that next day. For example if no notifications are triggered on a Saturday you will not receive an email on Sunday, but if a notification is triggered on Monday you would see an email on Tuesday
- Instant Email – with this option you will receive an email immediately after the notification has been triggered
