How do I upload a document to my plan?

Adding a Document to a Plan Card

You can add any documentation to a Plan Card that relates to that card. It's a good way to reference back any information relating to that plan card item.

To add a document:

1. Click the plan card item you want to add documents to (highlighted in blue) 

2. Once in the View Plan Item screen, click the "Files" tab

3. Click the section to add documents from your computer
