Bulk Edit Button

The bulk edit button is a time saving feature that allows you to make changes to multiple items at the same time.

Step 1: How to edit multiple items

A.   The first step is to select the plan that you wish to edit

B.   Switch over to the List View on the right hand side

C.   Once in the List View, you will see the ‘Bulk Edit’ button under the filters on the left hand side, then click ‘Bulk Edit'


D.  Once you have selected the bulk edit, you should see small field boxes appear next to every Level

E.  You have an option to select all the items or specific items that you want to edit,  then click ‘Continue’


F.   From here, you will be able to choose the edits that you want to make for your items. You have an option to change:

  • Start date and due date
  • Levels that the item belongs to
  • Progress update – status, date and comments
  • ‘Assigned To’ user and frequency of email notifications
  • Add or remove ‘Members’
  • Add or remove ‘Admins’
  • Add or remove tags
  • Copy or move items to different plans 



G. Click ‘Continue’ after making your changes

H. Next, you should see a “Confirm Bulk Edit” screen and the number of items that you’re making changes to, then select ‘Continue’


I.   You will then see a loading bar, then click ‘Back to Plan’ to see all the bulk edit changes that you have made
