Adding Historical Data
If you have an update from the previous month that you are now just updating, you can backdate the update in AchieveIt.
A. Select the plan card item you wish to update by clicking on the blue wording
B. Once in the View Item Details screen, select 'Update Status'
C. Here you can change the date to whatever day is appropriate for that update (the default is always set to today's date)
D. Select the appropriate status light, then add a comment to the update to better inform the progress that was made for that item
E. After clicking Save, directly underneath the Update Status column is the 'Item Timeline' column. There you will see the backdated progress item for your previous data feed on this plan card item
