AchieveIt allows any user that is a part of the card, either as the Assigned To or a Member, to check out files which prevents others from updating that file until it is checked back in. Stay on the same page literally, with version control capability.
Step 1: Understanding file check-in/check-out
A. Once you have selected the plan card item you want to add a file to, click the highlighted wording to open the card
B. You can download any document attached to the item. If you are going to make any changes to the file, you can click on the ‘lock’ icon to lock the document until you have made your edits
C. To upload the modified document, click on the ‘upload’ icon. It will add the new version without having duplicates of the same file
D. If you want to see the history of the document, click on the ‘list’ icon to view when it was created and who it was uploaded by
E. To delete any document, click the ‘trash can’ icon
