The My Dashboard page is a personalized workspace that helps you stay organized and on top of your assigned items in AchieveIt. The My Dashboard page provides a consolidated list of every item you are assigned to across currently active plans, making it easy to monitor deadlines, track progress, and take quick action without needing to navigate through AchieveIt.
Navigating to My Dashboard
When you log in to AchieveIt, your personalized My Dashboard is the first page you'll see. This dashboard is unique to each user and displays only the items relevant to you. My Dashboard shows a list of items you are assigned to provide progress updates on. It also shows any items you're a member of. If you have admin privileges, you will also have the option to show items you've assigned to others.
If you are on another page in AchieveIt, you can always go back to your My Dashboard view by clicking the 'Dashboard' drop-down menu and selecting 'My Dashboard':

Filtering on My Dashboard
You can customize your My Dashboard by applying various filters to control which items are displayed. By default, the dashboard shows items assigned to you. However, you can also filter to view items where you're a Member, items you've assigned to others (if you're a plan admin), or a combined view of All Items—including those assigned to you, shared with you, or assigned by you.
You can further filter your list by using the Quick Filer options on the left side of the page. You can review any past due items or items due in the next 7, 30, 60, or 90 days in the 'By Due Date' section.
The ‘By Status’ filter allows you to select which statuses you'd like to see. For example, you could use this to view only Off Track and At Risk items.
Standard Statuses include:
- Not Started
- On Track
- Off Track
- At Risk
- Achieved
- Not Achieved
- Canceled
Note: if your organization is using Custom Statuses, those options will be reflected here instead of the standard AchieveIt statuses.
See what plans your items belong to in the 'By Plan' section.
If your items have any tags, you will be able to see them in the 'By Tag' section.
Customizing your List on My Dashboard
To customize the information displayed in your My Dashboard list, click the Column Layout button at the end of your column header row. This will open the Column Layout Modal.
- To add columns, click Add Column(s) and open a dropdown of available options. Select the columns you want to add, then click Done.
- To remove a column from display, click the X. Removed columns will return to the list of available options in the Add Column(s) dropdown.
- To reorder columns, drag and drop them into the desired order.
Downloading a PDF Report
You can also download a PDF report of your My Dashboard, including any customizations to columns or filtering you've applied. Just click the cloud download icon located on the far right of the dashboard.
Making Progress Updates from My Dashboard
You can also make progress updates directly from this page. To make an update, click on the item name that you want to update.
The Plan Item Detail's menu will appear on top of your list. Look to the item timeline on the left-hand side for the outstanding update request:
Select the appropriate status from the drop-down menu, a current metric value if applicable, and your commentary on progress. Then click the 'Submit' button in the bottom right-hand corner.
