The Team Dashboard in AchieveIt helps both team leaders and members maintain visibility over their team's responsibilities in a single view. It consolidates items from all of your teams in AchieveIt into a single, filterable list. This makes it effortless to monitor upcoming due dates, track status updates, and collaborate in real time without having to navigate between multiple pages and across multiple plans.
Navigating to the Team Dashboard
Navigate to your personalized Team Dashboard by clicking the 'Dashboard' drop-down menu and selecting 'Team Dashboard':

Filtering on the Team Dashboard
Select your preferred filter option to toggle between teams you lead and teams you're a member of. If you don't lead any teams, the "Teams You Lead" option will not appear.
Use the dropdown menu located on the left side of the screen under Quick Filters to filter by Teams you lead or Teams you're a member of. You can also adjust the other Quick Filters to view different sets of data.
You can further filter your list by using the Quick Filer options on the left side of the page. You can review any past due items or items due in the next 7, 30, 60, or 90 days in the 'By Due Date' section.
The ‘By Status’ filter allows you to select which statuses you'd like to see. For example, you could use this to view only Off Track and At Risk items.
Standard Statuses include:
- Not Started
- On Track
- Off Track
- At Risk
- Achieved
- Not Achieved
- Canceled
Note: if your organization is using Custom Statuses, those options will be reflected here instead of the standard AchieveIt statuses.
See what plans your items belong to in the 'By Plan' section.
If your items have any tags, you will be able to see them in the 'By Tag' section.
Customizing your List on Team Dashboard
To customize the information displayed in your Team Dashboard list, click the Column Layout button at the end of your column header row. This will open the Column Layout Modal.
- To add columns, click Add Column(s) and open a dropdown of available options. Select the columns you want to add, then click Done.
- To remove a column from display, click the X. Removed columns will return to the list of available options in the Add Column(s) dropdown.
- To reorder columns, drag and drop them into the desired order.
Downloading a PDF Report
You can also download a PDF report of your Team Dashboard, including any customizations to columns or filtering you've applied. Just click the cloud download icon located on the far right of the dashboard.
Making Progress Updates from Team Dashboard
You can also make progress updates directly from this page. To make an update, click on the item name that you want to update.
The item card will open. Any outstanding progress updates will appear in blue on the Item's Timeline. If a progress update is currently outstanding and has been requested by the system, respond to the open update request first.
If you are a member on the item and want to make an additional progress update separately from the Assigned To User, click the blue 'Update Progress' button.
Select the appropriate status from the drop-down menu, a current metric value if applicable, and your commentary on progress. Then click the 'Submit' button in the bottom right-hand corner.
