The Team Dashboard allows you to get insight on the items for the teams you lead and the teams you are already actively involved with. This allows teams to collaborate on projects in real-time. Just like in the My Dashboard view, all the items your group is apart of will appear in a list format with additional features to the left.

Accessing the Team Dashboard
A. Navigate to the Dashboards drop down option and select the Team Dashboard.

A. Navigate to the drop down menu to the left of the screen under Quick Filters. This will let you filter through the either the Teams you lead or Teams you are a member of. You can also interact with the other Quick Filters to display different data.
B. Select the main filter options, in order to toggle between Teams of which you are a member and Team you lead. If you do not lead any teams, this option will not show for you.
C. You can find the past due items or items due in the next 7 or 30 days, in the 'By Due Date' section.
D. The ‘By Status’ filter allows you to select which statuses you'd like to see. For example, you could use this to view only late or pending updates.
Statuses include:
- Not Started
- On Track
- Off Track
- At Risk
- Achieved
- Not Achieved
- Canceled
E. See what plans your items belong to in the 'By Plan' section.
F. If your items have any tags, you will be able to see then in the 'By Tag' section.
G. At the top of the screen, you have the option to 'Show/Hide Columns'.
This features allows you to customize which columns you want to see on the page.
H. You are also able to make updates from this page. To make an update, click on the item name that you want to update.
The item card will open. Click 'Update Progress'. Enter your status, then click the navy blue 'Update Status' button to submit the status.
