Editing the Plan Level Terminology

The hierarchical names in your plans are completely customizable. All levels from Strategic Themes to Tactics can be renamed by the Administrator to terms that make sense for the organization. To make those changes:

Step 1:

A.  In the Tree View of the plan you want to make changes to, you will see the Item Library on the left side of your screen


B.  Click the '+' in the right hand corner

C.  The 'Add Level' screen will appear and type in the terminology you want to add


NOTE: You can also change the terminology of an existing level by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the wording.  If you want to change the order of the hierarchy, just select the name and drag and drop to the appropriate spot.
