Metric View

Users can view single plans with widgets for every item that has a metric. These widgets can be viewed as line charts, bar charts, statuses and gauges.

Step 1: Understanding the metric view

A.   When you first click into your plan, you will see in the upper right hand corner the Tree, List, Gantt and Metric view tabs

B.   Click on the ‘Metric’ tab

C.  Once you click on the ‘Gauge’ tab, the metrics will be displayed as a gauge wheel. Circled in red are the additional graphics you can view, such as the:

  • Gauge wheels
  • Status lights
  • Line graph
  • Bar charts

D.   Once you click on the ‘Status’ tab, the metrics will be displayed as a status light, along with the type of metric unit that the item is tracking

E.   Once you click on the ‘Line’ tab, the metrics will be displayed in a line graph.

F.    You can edit any metric by clicking on the blue wording for each item. You will be directed to the plan card edit screen

G.   Once you click on the ‘Bar’ tab, the metrics will be displayed in a bar graph

H.   If you have decided to add one of these single metrics to your custom dashboard, click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of each widget

I.    Once you have clicked on the gear icon, you can choose any custom dashboard you have created to save it to

J.   You can also download any of these graphics into a PDF report
