You can show and hide columns in My Dashboard, Team Dashboard, and List View, so that you can tailor the information shown to be precisely what you need. In List View, these column preferences will be used to determine which columns are shown in both manually downloaded and scheduled reports.
1. In your dashboard, you will see the ‘Show/Hide Columns’ button in the upper left hand corner. After selecting it, you will see all the options you can choose from. Checking the boxes adds those columns to your dashboard; unchecking will remove them.
2. You will also be able to access this button in the List View of any plan.
3. In List View, the ‘Show/Hide Columns’ icon lives on the right hand side of the table column header.
4. Once you have selected your columns, you can download a report that uses these column preferences.
