Edit an Item's Level
If the level of an already created item needs to be changed, you can do so by opening the plan item's details from any View.
Navigate to the plan item you wish to change and open it.
Once you have opened the item, navigate to the 'Details and Dependencies' section and click 'Edit'.
After you have clicked on the ‘Edit’ button or pencil icon, the Level field will become editable. A drop-down menu will appear with a list of levels currently created for your plan. Click into the drop-down menu and select the appropriate level.
Select the new level by clicking its name in the drop-down, then click 'Save'.
After clicking Save, you will exit Edit Mode and the new level will be reflected in your item's Details section.
It's important to note that changing the Level of an item does not automatically realign the item within the plan. If the item should also be re-aligned or moved to a new place within your plan, navigate to Tree View and drag and drop the card to the appropriate section.
If the Edit button is not available, it is because you have not been given editing permissions for that item or plan. Contact your plan administrator for assistance.
