How to Create a Support Ticket
If you'd like to create a support ticket directly from the application, follow these steps.
1. Navigate to the Leave a Message button in the lower right hand corner. It may also say 'Chat' during certain hours.
2. A ticket form will appear. Make sure your name is correct, then add the best phone number to reach you, and a summary of your question or issue.
3. Fill out as many details as possible, then click 'Send Message' to send your support ticket. Your Customer Success Manager will respond to you within 24 hours.
