How do I change the length of our login session?

User Managers can decide how long their login sessions last. By default, logins last for 8 hours.

1.  Select the Admin menu in the main navigation bar then select the Other Details option.

2.   On the 'Other Details' screen, you will see the 'Session Login Timespan' field. You can change the session logout timespan - in minutes - for your organization.

3.   Once you have entered the appropriate time, click 'Update' to save your changes.

In the example below, AchieveIt will logout your users automatically after 300 minutes.
