How to Create a Plan Item Table Widget

Before you can create a Plan Item Table Widget you will need: 

  • Custom Dashboard 
  • A Saved Search 
  1. Navigate to the Custom Dashboard in which you would like to create the Plan Item Table Widget by clicking on the Dashboard button in the navigation bar and then selecting Custom Dashboard in the dropdown list.

  2. Click on the ‘Edit Layout’ button on the right side of the Custom Dashboard header.

  3. Click on the Add Widget button (the + icon). This will open the Add Widget dialog.

  4. Once the Add Widget dialog has opened, select the Plan Item Table option in the Frequently Used section of the sidebar.

  5. You will be prompted in the right portion of the dialog to fill out several pieces of information before adding the Plan Item Table to the dashboard.

  6. Firstly, choose a Saved Search using the “Saved Search” select. Note that this field filters based on what you type, so typing the first few characters of the name of your Saved Search can save you some time. 
  7. Next, fill in the Widget Title with your preferred title. This field will default to the name of the Saved Search you have chosen. 
  8. Lastly, choose the Font Weight, Font Color, and Background Color for the widget title header. 
  9. Click on the ‘Add to Dashboard’ button in the bottom right hand corner of the dialog when you are satisfied with the information you have provided.
  10. You will now see a Plan Item Table widget added to the bottom of your Custom Dashboard!

  11. Make sure to save the Custom Dashboard by clicking on either the “Save” or “Save and Done” buttons.
