This new filtering component provides a clean and intuitive design, making it easier and faster to find exactly what you’re looking for when filtering through your list.

Instant filter results
Filters are now applied immediately to your list - no apply or confirmation actions required.
New Compact Design
The new filter bar fits seamlessly into the page above your column headers and will never overlap with your list. Show or hide the filtering bar with a single click. Any filters you select will stay in place as you navigate between tabs, giving you maximum flexibility as you use the page.
Real-time filter counts
As you adjust your filters, dynamic counts update instantly within both the main Filter button and each individual filter. Clearing your filters is always just one click away - either by using the 'Clear Filters' option with a single filter's menu, or the 'Clear All' option in the main filter bar to reset everything at once.
New Filter Options
New filtering options for your Custom Dashboard list include:
- Created By - filter to dashboards created by specific users
- Last Updated By - filter to dashboards recently updated by specific users
- Editors - filter to dashboards with specific Editors
- Viewers - filter to dashboards with specific Viewers
- Orientation - filter to dashboards set to either Landscape or Portrait orientation
You can also filter to any dashboards that you have set as 'Visible to All' by expanding the Viewers filter option and selecting it right at the top of the list of options.
