Activity Feed in Microsoft Teams

This feature is currently in Beta. This feature is available on certain AchieveIt plans. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Overview

Users can also take advantage of the Teams Activity Feed as an additional notification surface. The Activity Feed is an aggregation of channel and chat posts. When enabled, AchieveIt notifications will appear in the feed alongside alerts from other apps, giving users a single place to review all of their activity across Teams. Pop-up notifications can also be turned on for more immediate visibility.

Configuring Notifications and Activity

A user can modify the AchieveIt notification settings for their Activity Feed within the Microsoft Teams application settings. In the Teams application settings, the user will need to click on the Notifications and activity section. In the Apps sub-section, expand the AchieveIt entry to see the detailed notification options. Users can turn all notifications from AchieveIt on and off as well as make changes to the notification options for specific event types.
