We’ve introduced an updated Saved Searches page designed to make it easier to find and manage your Saved Searches in AchieveIt. New options like Favorites, advanced filtering, and customizable columns give you more control over your view and faster access to the Saved Searches you use most.
Updated Design
We've improved how you navigate between Saved Searches with an updated button group that includes a new Favorites option alongside the existing Active and Archived lists. The page also remembers your last selected state when you return.
We've also introduced the ability to customize columns and added additional column options that can be added to your list, including:
- Created On
- Current Status
- Last Updated
- Last Updated By
Favorite Saved Searches
You can now favorite your most frequently used Saved Searches to keep them front and center.
- Click the star icon next to any Saved Search to add it to your Favorites
- Access all starred Searches from the new Favorites list
- Favorites are personal to you and saved across sessions
Filter your Saved Searches List
A new filtering bar has also been added to the page, introducing additional filtering options. Users can now also filter by:
- Created By
- Created Date
- Last Updated Date
Last Updated By - Current Status (Shared or Private)
