AchieveIt's Export API lets your organization pull data from AchieveIt programmatically - extremely useful if your organization needs to feed data housed in AchieveIt to an alternate application, system, or data warehouse. We've recently added new export option to our REST API.
Export Plan Item Change History
You can now pull a list of edits made to a full plan or individual plan items. This introduces new auditing capabilities for tracking changes to plan items over time, or keeping an external record of plan activity over time. Now you can have easier insight into common changes like when due dates are pushed out, custom field values are updated, or when items are reassigned. You'll also have a record of which user made the change and when.
Export Plan Item Timeline History
You can also pull a distinct export of an item's (or a series of items) timeline history as well. Audit every status change, metric update provided, and comments provided by individual users or admins over time. This is extremely valuable if you need to build custom reporting outside of AchieveIt or audit status changes over time in a different visualization.
Exporting User Event History
This export tracks changes made to your users over time - critical information like if a user's license type was changed, logging password updates, and more. You'll also have insight into which user made the changes and when. This is extremely valuable for larger organizations with multiple user managers and a large AchieveIt user base.
