Using the Saved Searches Page

The Saved Searches page provides a centralized list for viewing and managing all the Searches you've created or have access to in AchieveIt. Selecting a Saved Search in the list will redirect you to the Multi-Plan View and automatically run the Saved Search.

If you do not have access to specific plans used as filters in a Saved Search, data will not populate for those plans. This includes data in the Multi-Plan View, reports, and Custom Dashboards.

Filter by Saved Search State

You can use the buttons at the top of the Saved Searches page to filter your list by Saved Search state. There are three states:

  • Favorites: users can select frequently used Saved Searches as Favorites, creating a personalized list for quick access. Favorites are unique to each user.
  • Active:  Searches that are available to run and can be used as data sources in custom dashboard widgets and reports
  • Archived: Searches that have been archived are hidden throughout AchieveIt and will no longer populate data in any widgets in Custom Dashboards.

The total number of Saved Searches in your current view is shown above the list, as well as a search field that allows you to find Saved Searches by keyword.

Filter your List

To narrow down your list beyond Saved Search state, click the Filter button to expand the filter bar above the column headers.

You can filter by the following options:

  • Created By — search and select one or more users
  • Created Date — filter by when the search was created, with options: On or before, On or after, Is between, Is within the last
  • Last Updated Date — filter by when the search was most recently modified, with the same date range options as Created Date
  • Last Updated By — search and select one or more users who last modified the search
  • Current Status — filter by Shared or Private

Filters persist across the Favorites, Active, and Archived state views until manually cleared.

Customize Your List

To customize the information displayed in your Saved Searches list, click the Column Layout button at the end of your column header row. This will open the Column Layout Modal.

  • To add columns, click Add Column(s) and open a dropdown of available options. Select the columns you want to add, then click Done.
  • To remove a column from display, click the X. Removed columns will return to the list of available options in the Add Column(s) dropdown.
  • To reorder columns, drag and drop them into the desired order.

If a column has been frozen on the list display, a separator will appear in the modal. You can drag and drop this separator as well to adjust the freeze of columns in your list. Click Save to save your changes and exit the modal. Your changes will be immediately reflected in the Custom Dashboards list and remembered in future sessions. You can revert your list to the default settings at any time by clicking the Reset Default button in the Layout modal.
